“Star-Studded 2026 Juno Awards Celebrate Canadian Music and Fashion”

The 55th annual Juno Awards in Canada concluded with a star-studded event featuring a tribute to Nelly Furtado and performances by Arkells, The Beaches, and Daniel Caesar. Notable attendees included Prime Minister Mark Carney at the TD Coliseum in Hamilton.

Similar to previous Juno Awards, this year showcased strong support for Canadian designers and brands on the orange carpet, with artists like Tia Wood, Kardinal Offishall, and SadBoi making bold fashion statements. Several celebrities opted for classic black-and-white outfits, while others stood out in striking red ensembles.

Nelly Furtado, who was inducted into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame, dazzled in a strapless brocade gown by Canadian designer Lesley Hampton, complemented by Alexis Bittar jewelry.

Yves Jarvis, nominated for alternative album of the year, opted for a mixed-pattern tailored suit and Gucci hiking shoes for both the gala and the orange carpet.

Tanika Charles turned heads in a bold black-and-white leopard print gown by Toronto label L’uomo Strano by Mic Carter, accessorized with bright pink earrings.

Raf-Saperra, nominated for South Asian music recording of the year, rocked a black-and-red ensemble with a cropped quilted jacket and voluminous wide-leg trousers.

Sofia Camara, a breakthrough artist nominee, donned an oversized pinstripe suit paired with a necktie and wallet chain.

Melanie Fiona shimmered in a strapless metallic gown with floor-length sleeves, winning a Juno for traditional R&B/soul recording of the year.

Karena Evans, a Juno winner for music video of the year, showcased a unique style in a sculptural canvas work jacket by Afterhours and shorts by Canadian label RE—PULL.

Chyl, nominated for dance recording of the year, sported an oversized racing jacket with a leather miniskirt and a short necktie on the orange carpet.

Fredz, nominated for francophone album of the year, rocked a cropped embellished leather perfecto jacket with wide-leg pants and a statement belt buckle.

The Beaches, nominated for group of the year and winners of rock album of the year, flaunted their individual styles on the orange carpet, with each member showcasing unique fashion choices.
