1. Aberfoyle Antique Market: Located just south of Guelph, Ont., the Aberfoyle Antique Market is touted as Canada’s largest of its kind. Open every Sunday until Oct. 25, with over 100 vendors offering collectibles, furniture, folk art, and more. Additionally, two Saturday Special Shows are held each year with over 150 vendors, the next one scheduled for Sept. 19.
2. Old Strathcona Antique Mall Parking Lot Sale: The Old Strathcona Antique Mall in Edmonton hosts seasonal sales in its parking lot on select days during the summer. Visitors can browse for vintage treasures outdoors in addition to exploring the mall’s 120+ indoor vendors. The upcoming sales will be on July 12, Aug. 3, and Sept. 7, while the mall operates Tuesday to Sunday weekly.
3. Saugeen Shores Antique & Collectible Show: Celebrating 48 years, this year’s show will be held on July 18 and 19 at the Southampton Coliseum in Southampton, Ont. More than 80 vendors will offer vintage clothing, jewelry, advertising signs, furniture, and various collectibles, including Pyrex tableware, retro toys, and rare trading cards.
4. Vintage Pasture Sale: The sixth annual Vintage Pasture Sale on July 18 at Locality Brewing in Langley, B.C., will feature over 40 vendors selling vintage and antique items. Inspired by French brocantes, the event will also offer food trucks, farm stands, and a beer garden for visitors to enjoy.
5. Sussex Flea Market: Organized by the New Brunswick Antique Auto Club, the annual Sussex Flea Market will take place at Princess Louise Park in Sussex, N.B., from Aug. 14 to 16. With over 800 vendors expected, the event will feature a wide range of items from second-hand household goods to rare collectibles.
6. Fraser Valley Antiques & Collectibles Club Vintage Collectibles & Antiques Show: Held on Aug. 28 and 29 at Queen’s Park Arena in New Westminster, B.C., this summer show organized by the Fraser Valley Antiques & Collectibles Club will offer over 200 booths selling vintage clothing, sports memorabilia, small furniture, and more.
7. Odessa Antique Show: Taking place on Aug. 8 and 9 at the Odessa Fairgrounds near Kingston, Ont., this outdoor antique show will feature vendors from Ontario, Quebec, and Atlantic Canada offering furniture, toys, glassware, antique china, and more. Visitors are encouraged to explore the antique shops in the Kingston area as well.
8. Cookstown Antique & Vintage Show: The Cookstown Antique & Vintage Market in Cookstown, Ont., hosts two annual outdoor events, with the next one scheduled for Sept. 12 at the Georgian Bay Steam Show Grounds. Featuring over 100 vendors, the event will also have food trucks. Enthusiasts can check the show’s website for a full list of vendors ahead of their visit.
