The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department is currently looking into a fresh sexual battery accusation against music industry tycoon Sean (Diddy) Combs. Combs, who is currently serving a four-year prison term for offenses related to prostitution, allegedly exposed himself and engaged in inappropriate behavior during a 2020 photo shoot at a Los Angeles warehouse, as reported by NBC News referencing a police report. The accuser, a male music producer and publicist, claimed that Combs asked him to participate in the explicit act and then threw a soiled shirt at him. The accuser, whose identity is withheld in the report, stated that he kept silent out of embarrassment for several years before finally reporting the incident to authorities in Largo, Fla., following Combs’ recent convictions.
Combs’ legal representative has not yet responded to requests for comment on the latest allegations. The L.A. County Sheriff’s Department confirmed receipt of the official report from the Florida department and is commencing an investigation into the matter.
Additionally, the report discloses an episode from March 2021 where the accuser alleges that Combs, along with two other individuals, intimidated him by covering his head and labeling him a snitch. Combs was previously found guilty in July of facilitating drug-fueled sexual activities involving his partners and male escorts across various locations over an extended period. Although acquitted of severe charges like sex trafficking and racketeering, which carried potential life sentences, Combs is scheduled for release in May 2028. However, he may qualify for sentence reductions based on his involvement in substance abuse treatment and correctional programs.
