U.S. President Donald Trump has approved multiple pipeline permits, including one for the construction of a new pipeline to enhance the transportation of crude oil and petroleum products between the United States and Canada. The White House documents confirm the issuance of the construction permit to the Bakken Pipeline Company for pipeline facilities in Burke County, North Dakota.

Additionally, permits have been granted for the maintenance and operation of existing pipelines at border locations, as follows:
– Bakken Pipeline Company for the operation and maintenance of current pipeline facilities in Burke County, North Dakota.
– Enbridge Energy for the operation and maintenance of existing pipeline facilities in St. Clair County, Michigan.
– Enbridge Energy for the operation and maintenance of existing pipeline facilities in Pembina County, North Dakota.
